Use this pants for everyday wear under your tunic and or for fitness.

It had two front pockets and a back elastic. Loose fitting. Pants are meant to be an “under wear” for men and women. Wear pants only when your tunic covers the naked parts (crotch area, buttocks, thigh shape).
