This caftan is 100% Linen. It is a sleeveless caftan. You can get it long or shorter length.

The Standard Caftan is similar to the Wide Caftan in Style, but it’s normal fitting.

Options:

  • THREAD: linen
  • COLORS: see options ($74.22 ) Large to 5x ($81.19)
  • LENGTH: 28″- 37″ or 42 to 55″  (+$10)
  • (Measure from base of neck toward desired length. *For modesty -cover crotch area)
  • NECKLINE: Split or add a Hood for (+$5)
  • OPTIONAL FRINGES: none, 4″ Linen Knotted Fringes (+$15)
  • OPTIONAL RIBBON: none, or (+$5) Violet
  • Include fringes in total length estimation. Standard Length is 35-37 inches.*Caftan SHOULD cover your groin area and buttocks for modesty, so your length depends on your height. Knee and ankle lengths has 2 side hidden pockets!
  • In Numbers 15:38, the Hebrew word "Tekayleth" was translated in the KJV to mean blue, however, the "Tekayleth" means violet in Hebrew, not blue. Why does the KJV use blue? Concordance define "blue" as (covering spectrum from brilliant red through deep purple, which actually indicates it as violet, not actual blue. Old KJV English defined violet as blue because violet contained blue and violet wasn't a common term. Historical evidence also says its violet. For this reason, we will No longer offer blue.   • Adds 3 inches to total length. Strong's Concordance (6737) Tzitzit = Lock, Tassel. Numbers 15:38 "Speak unto the children of Israel, and bid them that they make them fringes (Tzitzit means Lock=knotted Tassels or Bullion Fringes) in the borders of their garments throughout their generations," We recommend Tzitzits to be worn throughout the corners & hem of the garment as Ancient Israelites wore them, not only in the corners as the Jew-"Wish" people wear them.
  • Measure from your inseam to your ankles. (just as you buy the length in store)
